Do not forget the Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Collection. It is located in the internal part of the north-western side of the fortification walls that was renamed to Monastery of Saint Salvatore. The exhibition  focuses on the historical and artistic identity of the region of Chania during the Byzantine and Post-Byzantine period.
